Before you book
Your questions, answered.
How much does stretch tent hire cost?
The price depends on tent size, hire duration, installation needs and delivery location. Our tent and lounge packages start at R5,000, excluding transport. For tent-only hire, send your event details for a personalised quote.
What size tent do I need?
Tell us the guest count and whether guests will stand, use lounge furniture or sit at dining tables. Include any stage, dance floor and food station. We recommend a tent after reviewing the layout and available venue space.
Are your stretch tents waterproof?
We hire waterproof stretch tents. The final setup, open sides, wind and rain direction affect the protection guests receive. Discuss your venue and weather plan with our team before booking.
Can you install a tent on concrete?
Some sites require ballast rather than ground pegs. Share photos of the surface and access route so we can assess a suitable installation method and quote any additional costs.
Is delivery included in the package price?
Transport is quoted separately for your location. Standard package setup and breakdown are included; special installation requirements and changes are confirmed in your quotation.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We serve Johannesburg, Pretoria, Kempton Park, Midrand, Sandton, Centurion and surrounding Gauteng areas. Enquire about Limpopo, Mpumalanga and other locations so we can confirm availability and transport costs.
